Medical Transportation - Providing individuals of the Fairfield County and surrounding areas transportation to medical appointments.

Adult Program - Providing care, personal growth, independence, social interaction, fitness and health, education, discovery, current affairs, peer support training skills, field trips and advocacy.

Medical Equipment - Providing donated equipment to those in need.

Ramps - Providing ramps to decrease barriers into the home for people to maintain independence and self determination.

Advocacy - Support and encouragement.
