Hershey Gardens is dedicated to horticultural excellence, while providing valuable learning opportunities and inspiring memorable experiences.
Hershey Gardens is a 23 acre public garden. The gardens include various theme gardens including a Japanese Garden, Ornamental Grasses, an Herb Garden, Memorial Garden, Rock Garden and of course, the 75 year-old rose garden. Our latest garden, the Children's Garden opened in 2003 and features hands-on learning opportunites for children of all ages. Hershey Gardens is also home to the Butterfly House which features 25 different species numbering over 400 butterflies in all.
