Mission Statement

St. Margaret’s Thrift Shop shall strive to serve God and this community as an outreach mission of Saint Margaret’s Episcopal Church. It shall seek to fulfill community needs through the profitable sale of good usable donated items and by offering a ministry of fellowship and concern toward those who wish to serve or shop there. The profits shall be turned back into the community and the world at large for the support and continuation of worthwhile programs.

Description

St. Margaret's Thrift Shop was opened in 1977 as an outreach ministry of Saint Margaret’s Episcopal Church. It is located on the north side of the church parking lot at 4228 Factoria Blvd SE in Bellevue. Volunteers of St. Margaret’s and the local community operate the shop and proceeds support the Outreach program of the Church, after Thrift Shop expenses are paid. We have given away more than $1 million to date -- and we’re going strong!
