To promote the health of low-income, working uninsured, and other vulnerable children and adults in Jackson County, Oregon

Description

Community Health Center is an Oregon not-for-profit. We address our mission through the provision of primary and ancillary health care services, individual and group health education, and information and referral, within the financial and organizational capacity of the organization.

Currently we are doing outreach to uninsured children. We believe that "Every Child Can Have a Medical Home". Community Health Center is committed to identifying these children in the community and providing them with consistent medical care.

We also assist patients in receiving prescription assistance through direct application to pharmeceutical companies.
