Mission Statement

The mission of Ministries of Aides International, Incorporated (MAII) is to partner with undeserved communities in order to offer compassionate aid and empowering education that prepare families for healthy, self-sufficient futures. We work with individuals and families to extend their rights to education, healthcare, and other basic needs. Capitalizing on the passion and abilities of local people, we provide the organization and training necessary to raise leaders who can spark grassroots change.

Description

For more than 25 years, The Ministries of Aides International Inc (MAII) has been a fixture of sympathetic gestures toward improving the lives of underserved children and their families in underdeveloped communities. We may not be able to save the world from hunger and poverty by tomorrow but we feel a greater sense of fulfillment in each of us, that with just one act of kindness, poverty can become an object of yesterday in the life of a child and their family.

The Ministries of Aides International, Inc (MAII) was founded in 1981 by Reverend Lucien Duperier. MAII is a humanitarian charitable nonprofit organization under title 501 (c) (3). MAII is affiliated with Grace Tabernacle Church of God operating in the USA providing hope for children and families of various underdeveloped communities.

It is a great place to volunteer. Your work really make an impact on the lives of the children of Haiti. I have been volunteering with this organization since 2006 and it has been a joy working for them. I have volunteered helping them write grants, canning with other youths to raise money, organize fundraisers, travel to Haiti to go help out on the orphanage, distribute collected items to other families.
