Valley Residents for Improvement (VRI) is a tenant association inWorcesterMassachusetts, serving over 5,425 residents for the Worcester Housing Authority's 24 housing developments. The mission of VRI is to make a positive difference in the lives of all the WHA residents. VRI in conjunction with WHA provides leadership and programming to benefit the residents of these communities. VRI works cooperatively with the WHA in developing programs and offering opportunities that will enable the residents of the community to become self-sufficient.
