Mission Statement

We are an all breed dog and cat rescue group in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit, no-kill, foster home organization that has no paid staff.

K9Kat2 Rescue was founded by animal lovers who saw adoptable animals euthanized because they were not placed quickly enough through the public system. We offer those animals a second chance to find a loving home.

All K9Kat2 animals have their medical needs addressed, are placed in loving foster homes and are cared for until a permanent home is found.

We strive to educate the public on Spay/Neuter, proper animal training, and humane animal care.

Description

Animals in our adoption program are brought together several times per month at "Adopt-A-Pet" events. These events allow the public to meet and get to know our animals.

Our "Adopt-A-Pet"s help us evaluate potential homes for deserving companion animals. We devote our time and energies to placing our animals in loving homes where they will be cared for and treated with care and dignity.
