We are in need of administrative support volunteers to assist Volunteer Services at the Heartland office. The administrative volunteer will be providing customer service utilizing our Customer Care Call program for clients that reside at home or in a facility. The volunteer will call our active clients to see if there are any supply and medication refill needs. All calls to our clients are made at the Heartland office to insure the that all needs are giving directly to the clinical manager for immediate attention. Customer Care program is very important because it allows our team to be proactive and anticipate needs, rather than reactive and have to take out meds and supplies when the client has run out. Other Administrative duties may include: *Assisting with filing, typing, and answering the phones *Organizing newsletter mailing for Bereavement Services *Assembling workshop manual and guide books *Supporting departments with coping and filing education material and other forms *Assembling marketing and admission packets, etc. Time requirements: 1 to 3 hours a week. We will work with your schedule.
