Description

Travelers Assistance (TA), a program of the Airport Foundation MSP, provides quality information and services to the traveling public and other airport users at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. Volunteers excel at directing passengers within the terminals and providing information about airlines, flight schedules, ground transportation, tourist attractions, and local accommodations. They also assist passengers with special needs, such as non-English speaking travelers, the elderly, people with developmental or physical disabilities, and those who need oxygen.
