Legal Assistance for Seniors/HICAP

Description

HICAP, the Heatlh Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program provides free personalized and detailed assistance to people with Medicare and their families via face-to-face sessions, telephone and email. We provide unbiased information on Medicare and related health insurance issues, such as options for supplementing Medicare, prescription drug coverage choices, low income assistance, billing and claims, and appeals. We also provide advocacy and legal follow-up as appropriate.
