Description

THE FAMILY CARE NETWORK PROGRAM (FCN)

FCN is a Therapeutic Foster Care Program serving Atlantic, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, and Gloucester counties. This program services children and youth ages six through eighteen. Referrals are made by the Division of Youth and Family Services (DYFS), the Division of Mental Health Services, Case Assessment Resource Team (CART), and the Care Management Organizations (CMO). Our team approach includes family care providers, case managers, therapists, psychiatrist, and support staff.

FCN providers are Division of Youth and Family Services (DYFS) approved foster parents whose homes have met the standards established by the State of New Jersey. The FCN providers are paid a monthly stipend. The stipend is $1350 per month per child based on trainings. The providers increase their skills by taking trainings in CPI (Non-violent crisis intervention), Active Parenting for teens, First Aid and CPR.
