Mission Statement

Our mission is to eliminate sexual violence and to promote, represent, and address the interests of survivors of such crimes in Columbia and Green Counties and to serve these communities by advocating for the needs of victims of other violent crimes.

Such activities may include, but shall not be limited to: providing primary and secondary prevention programs, providing intervention programs for victims and any secondary victims, and providing programs designed to enhance Columbia and Greene Counties response to interpersonal violence and crime.

Description

The REACH Center provides free and confidential services. We provide a 24-hour hotline, accompaniment to hospital, police and other criminal justice services, information and referrals, assistance with applying for crime victims compensation, supportive and long term counseling for survivors, support groups, community and professional education, and an audiovisual and print resource library.
