Description

How is our Organization Run?
The structure of the Nutmeg State Games consists of the Executive director who serves as Chief Operating Officer (CEO) for the not-for-profit corporation. The Director works under the guidance and supervision of a twenty-eight member Board of Directors and the corporation is subject to audit by the State of Connecticut. Other members of the staff include; Associate Director, Director of Development, Director of Operations, Asst. Operations and Administrative Assistant.

Who Can Compete in the Games?
Athletes who are residents of the State of Connecticut, full time students in Connecticut, or athletes who are in the military and stationed in Connecticut are eligible to participate in the Nutmeg State Games. All athletes must be amateurs, as defined by the Nutmeg State Games and/or National Governing Body (NGB) rules for their particular sport.
