Mission Statement

To provide affordable, high quality, community based therapeutic services to adolescents and their families.

Consistent with this mission, Compass House also provides services within the community:

  • To promote and educate regarding issues dealing with the mental health of adolescents and the families of adolescents;
  • To provide professional resources to other community groups and agencies:
  • To help develop adolescents to become youth leaders with a strong and effective voice within the community;
  • To create, maintain and promote a Speakers Bureau, providing experts to the community who are available to speak on a wide variety of adolescent topics.

Description

Through a process of partnership, collaboration and empowerment, Compass House strives to weave an ever-growing safety net for adolescents and their families. In partnership with local licensed therapists, Compass House provides needed therapeutic services for adolescents and their families.Through collaboration with other community groups and agencies, Compass House takes a leadership role in developing wider sustainable community resources for youth and families.

By embracing a philosophy of respect and empowerment, Compass House engages adolescents and their families to join us in being a part of the solution.
