Mission Statement
Vision: The Montgomery County Women?s Center will be the leader in delivering innovative programs and caring interaction to all victims/survivors whose lives has been touched by family violence, sexual assault, stalking and abuse. The agency will be a well-funded, widely respected and successful collaborator working to rebuild live and promoting and end to violence.
Mission: To provide safe shelter, crisis intervention, counseling, legal and support services to victims/survivors of family violence, sexual assault, stalking and abuse in Montgomery and surrounding counties, and to provide education to the community about such issues.
Description
The Montgomery County Women's Center is a non profit organization that serves males, females, adults and children who are survivors of domestic violence and/or sexual assault and abuse. MCWC serves clients in Montgomery, North Harris and West Liberty counties. Services include Shelter, Counseling, Legal, Advocacy, Accompaniment, Education, Resale Shop, 24 Hour Hotline and Volunteer Opportunities. All services are free of charge.
