Mission Statement

Vista Center assists blind or visually impaired clients in attaining their highest potential for independence and integration into the sighted community. We offer a personalized in-home rehabilitation program for clients in Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, San Mateo and San Benito Counties.

Description

Volunteers help our clients achieve their individual goals. Volunteers can read mail, newspapers, magazines or books; help with letter-writing and sorting of paperwork; go for walks with clients; provide friendly visits in person or by phone; and assist with basic errands or transportation.
