Mission Statement

To be the premiere free, outdoor, classic theatre company in central Ohio, with Shakespeare as the core focus.

Description

Actor's Theatre presents free classic theatre in an outdoor setting. The core focus is Shakespeare, but other classic productions may also be presented. The season runs from May through the beginning of September. There are also several fund raising events that take place during the year as well. The volunteers work as ushers during performances, committee members for fundraising events. This year is the 25th anniversary of the organization and we are attempting to break the record for continuous reading of Shakespeare's work. This will occur in April 2005.
