Happy Tails Humane Society is Whiteside County's only animal shelter. We are a limited-intake, no-kill facility that shelters and cares for stray and abandoned animals until they are adopted into loving, permanent homes. We promote pet adoption and humane education.

Description

Happy Tails maintains a state-of-the art animal shelter to enable us to meet our mission of caring for stray and abandoned animals. We promote pet adoption through special adoption events, partnerships with local pet stores, and outreach through the media. We promote humane education through the schools and outreach to the community.
