Mission Statement

Friends of the GardenAerial's (FOG) mission is GardenAerial mission is "through stewardship, innovative design, and community outreach to preserve natural and historic resources, and cultivate High Falls transformation into a world-class public green space."

Description

In addition to the work of creating a new urban green space in the High Falls area, the organization is also beginning to collaborate with the City on creating the EcoDistrict.

FOG also produces the annual Greentopia Festival that is a weeklong interactive sustainability event here in Rochester. The mission of the festival is celebrate, educate and promote sustainability in all its forms, for better living, stronger communities and a healthier planet.
