Created 53 years ago as a community outreach project to celebrate all the arts, the popular festival is now also one of the premier juried art shows in the West.
Hillcrest Congregational Church is located near the border of Whittier and La Habra Heights at 2000 West Road, La Habra Heights. For more information call (562) 947-3755.
Our festival happens last weekend in February, and we are looking for new board members that can show leadership and make this great event happen
