Mission Statement

Venture North Bike Walk & Coffee seeks to work with the North Minneapolis community to promote economic development, empower local youth, and support healthy living. Venture North (VN) is a full-service bike and coffee shop led by professional mechanics. Founded in 2011 by Redeemer Center for Life, its non-profit parent, VN is a social venture providing youth with economic and educational opportunities including programs like All About Bikes, our bike mechanic apprenticeship, and Earn-A-Bike, a program for younger kids focused on bike safety and basic repair. VN also offers community programs for a variety of ages and skill levels.
