To provide a free, quality, confidential, tax preparation and e-file service to middle and low income taxpayers with special attention to those over 60 years of age.

Description

Tax-Aide provides individuals with an opportunity to volunteer and help their community by being trained to assist people with completing their Federal and State income tax returns. Volunteer opportunities include tax counseling, assistance center operations, and quality control of returns. Volunteers should have a basic familiarization with Federal and State tax return preparation, and computer skills.
