The Mission of the Virginia Jaycees is to provide developmental opportunities that empower young people in Virginia to create positive change.
The volunteer opportunities available throughout the state can be found on our VolunteerMatch page. For other opportunities in your area, please visit your local Jaycee Chapter: http://www.vajaycee.org/virginia-jaycee-chapters.html.
The Virginia Junior Chamber (Jaycees) is the premier leadership training and community involvement organization dedicated to fostering leadership skills and personal development through projects in a variety of areas for young men and women age 18 through 41. We are non-partisan and non-denominational.
The Jaycees is an international organization. Junior Chamber International (JCI) is our international arm, with nearly 200,000 young active citizens and over five million alumni - including several world leaders. JCI chapters are spread over more than 5,000 local communities and over 100 countries around the world.
