Mission Statement
Rape Response serves as a system of support, education, and advocacy, providing services to the community and to survivors of sexual assault while safeguarding the dignity of each person served.
Description
Volunteers undergo training so that they can respond to crisis calls. They also accompany victims to the hospital and provide on-going support during forensic exams.
Trainings are held three times a year. Interested volunteers are encouraged to visit www.raperesponse.com or call Rape Response for the next available training dates.

I have been volunteering with this organization for a little over 3 years and it has been a great experience. Volunteering has meant so much to each person affected by sexual assault, the community, and even the staff/volunteers. I am glad to be a part of such a terrific organization!
