Mission Statement

Our adoption fee is $65.00. This includes spaying/neutering fees, up-to-date vaccines and current rabies vaccination, and negative test results for FIV/Feline leukemia. To adopt from TANKS,Inc you will need to fill out an application form and, if you rent, you need landlord's approval upfront.

Parkway Animal Hospital at 2847 University Parkway, Sarasota offers a free first-time office visit with certificate.

Description

TANKS,Inc is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit cat rescue with 6 beagles and approximately 34 cats on premises. We provide food, shelter, loving attention and veterinary care to cats who may otherwise be put to sleep. We are a small sanctuary that specializes in senior, obese and otherwise difficult-to-place cats, and we do our best to find them homes.

The products below are those we use exclusively. We accept in-kind donations of these supplies and cash contributions to help us pay for these items. Our vet bills alone cost thousands of dollars a year.

World Peace Center volunteers pro-actively provide foster care for TANKS,Inc cats and enjoy the pleasure of direct interaction with TANKS staff and administration. The TANKS organization is staffed with generous, honest and caring individuals who operate from the goodness of their hearts. 100% of all financial and veterinary support and donations given to TANKS goes directly to the animals. TANKS literally saves the lives of dozens of cats that would otherwise be euthanized. Please do your best to assist them. TANKS has earned World Peace Center's highly recommendation.
