Mission Statement

Spending as little as 30 minutes a week reading to or being read to by a student helps them build their skills and their confidence.

Description

Project literacy connects volunteers in our commmunity with Pasco Elementary Schools that need their help. Volunteers complete an application, a background check and attend an orientation before being matched with a classroom. Schedules are determined by the volunteer's availability during school hours. Volunteers are asked to commit to 30 minutes per week for the duration of the school year.

Be a volunteer, it's a great experience.

It's very easy to use, and very clear and cut to the point. Good job on the website.
