Mission Statement

The Northeast Missouri Medical Reserve Corps is a volunteer group that can supplement existing community emergency medical resources, as well as contribute to meeting the public health needs of the community.

Description

The NEMO MRC consists of medical and non-medical volunteers who train to support emergency medical services and public health agencies in the event of an emergency incident. Volunteers may treat victims on-scene, assist with surge capacity in a hospital or public health setting, or a number of other possibilities as needed. Medical experience not necessary for membership.
