The University Church Garden

Description

We grow food. We teach people to grow food. We teach people how to make jobs by growing food.

We distribute thousands of pounds of fresh organic produce to food deserts every year, along with recipes and ingredients to make dishes the whole family will enjoy.

In 2016, we shared over 30,000 lbs of produce with 2000 people through the help of 1000+ volunteers.

We work with students ranging from preschool to medical school residency, and teach them about health, nutrition, and agriculture in a hands-on way.

We are always working on new and innovative ways to grow food, and we'd love for you to take part.
