Mission Statement

ALC Elementary strives to improve the academic performance of 'at risk' elementary students within Saint Paul Public Schools by providing extended day and summer session programs at school and community sites.

Description

ALC Elementary offers after school classes for elementary students falling behind in reading, writing, and mathematics. ALC programs teach how to read, write, speak, and listen within a balanced literacy program and how to think, reason, and solve problems through the Everyday Math curriculum. Classes are held in the Saint Paul Public Elementary Schools and at community sites.
