Mission Statement

The mission of the American Lung Association is to save lives by improving lung health and preventing lung disease.

For more than 115 years, Americans have trusted us to protect their lungs, whether it's researching treatments and cures for lung diseases, keeping kids off tobacco, including e-cigarettes, or advocating for laws that protect the air we all breathe.

Our goals are big-defeat lung cancer, create a tobacco-free future, champion clean air for all, and improve the quality of life for those living with lung disease.

Because when you can't breathe, nothing else matters(r).

We had a wonderful experience delivering cookies to local firemen. They were so appreciative and it was a wonderful volunteer opportunity for my 4 year old.
