Who: You are a group of energetic individuals, and have a positive attitude. You like to get things done. You want to assist in getting our store looking the best it ever has! What: Our Middleton Thrift store is looking for a group to come and support them getting back to where they want/need to be at. Throughout COVID and our Warehouse Fire, our Middleton store has taken on a LOT of extra work with donations and staffing, in doing so, the main parts of the building are looking a little rough. These volunteers would focus on the main shelves throughout the store Why: Having the best environment for our customers and guests roll down to the youth we serve. It is an important opportunity to give back in a simple way. When: This opportunity can be flexible! Early in the morning before the store opens (before 9am), or after the store is closed (after 8pm) but happy with whatever time a group is willing to provide this important service. Service Title: Appreciation Specialist Reports to: Whitney Springston Who we are looking for: We're seeking a people-oriented individual who is eager to dive in and make a difference. If you're passionate about helping our donors experience the impact of their generosity through heartfelt thank-you notes, follow-ups, and engaging phone calls, we want to hear from you! Comfort on the phone and neat handwriting are essential for this role. Join us in celebrating the power of giving! What you will be doing: In this engaging position, you will: Sign daily gift acknowledgment letters (trust us, it’s more enjoyable than it sounds!) Make thank-you calls to express gratitude (who doesn’t love spreading positivity?) Assist with general administrative tasks to keep things running smoothly Schedule Details This is a daily role through January, requiring 2-3 hours per day, 5 days a week. Flexibility: Individual volunteers are not required to commit to all 5 days. In December, we may need multiple volunteers each day as generosity peaks during the holiday season.
