Description

The Morris County Disaster Recovery Committee (MCDRC) is a volunteer group comprised of a diverse group of organizations including, local business, faith-based, government and the health and human services community. Partners include Habitat for Humanity, Catholic Charities, Morris County OEM, and many others. The committee formed in December, 2011 in response to the long-term needs of those affected by Hurricane Irene and the severe flooding that followed. The MCDRC anticipates that there will be many in need of help following Hurricane Sandy.
