Mission Statement
Options Recovery Services is an outpatient drug and alcohol treatment program. Our mission is to break the cycle of addiction that causes crime, homelessness and broken families.
We provide services to those people who have fallen as far as they can go by providing a safe clean and sober place for recovery
Everyone who walks into through our doors is welcome regardless of ability to pay.
We are a place where miracles happen, where recovery takes place every day among people who had previously been considered unrecoverable.
Description
Options Recovery Services is a 12 month outpatient program built around intensive case management, substance abuse treatment, safe, clean and sober housing in collaboration with the community and the criminal justice system.
We receive referrals from the courts, local state prisons, and other social services agencies.
We provide services to people with co-occuring substance abuse and mental health problems in our own mental health clinic staffed by licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (MFT) and MFT Interns.
We have separate programs for men and women.
We provide physical health screenings.
We provide emergency shelter referrals and transitional housing placements in Options' owned houses.
Sixty-five percent (65%) of our clients are people of color, thirty percent (30%) of our clients are women and most of them have children. Ninety-five percent (95%) of our clients are below the poverty level and sixty-four percent (64%) arehomeless.
