Teens Run Westchester

Mission Statement

Teens Run Westchester (TRW) is a 501c-3 nonprofit organization and the only program of its kind in Westchester County, NY. We utilize distance running as a teacher and motivator to encourage success, leadership and healthy lifestyles. We partner young people- students in our schools as well as participants in local teen and youth programs - with caring and inspiring adult mentors that guide them as they train for endurance events such as 5K, 10K runs and even half marathons. This powerful combination empowers them in all areas of their lives while improving their health and wellness.
