Mission Statement

The Museum of Craft and Folk Art promotes the understanding and appreciation of human expression, ranging from utilitarian objects to contemporary art, accomplished through innovative exhibitions of craft and folk art from cultures past and present, educational programs, and publications.

Description

Our Museum holds five exhibitions each year which are open to the public and serves over 10,000 children through our Folk Art in the Schools program . In addition, we have a museum store specializing in high-end contemporary craft.
