Mission Statement

Assist with the (recently)homeless veteran who are provided a HUD-VASH Voucher to live off the streets and place them in apartments and housing.

We assist these veterans by collecting donations to those under this program by the VA with furniture and household goods to have a home once again.

Description

In a effort to assist the Veterans Administration homeless program, the City of Austin has partnered up with the Texas Association of Vietnam Veterans by collecting new and/or gently used furniture and household items. We are asking the community for donations in assisting our recently housed(no longer)homeless veterans as a way to give back to those who have honorably served our country.
