Mission Statement

VNA Hospice is dedicated to being a resource to the community by heightening awareness of disease prevention, cancer care, the hospice philosophy, and bereavement support. The Specialized Cancer Care Team provides care to patients and families receiving active treatment or highly technical regiments by educating, supporting, and managing symptoms throughout the disease process. VNA Hospice ministers to the needs of patients and families by providing holistic, compassionate, and innovative care across the continuum of disease: diagnosis, palliative treatment, symptom management, ethical decision-making regarding terminal illness, death, and bereavement support.
