Mission Statement

The mission of Paramount Care Foundation is to serve the residents of Paramount, CA, by working with students and parents to raise students' proficiency in academic studies, fostering a high moral code among our students, providing a sports program as an alternative to gangs, assisting the less fortunate towards self-sufficiency, and providing intermittent events to be a lighthouse to the less fortunate in our community.

Description

PCF is a nonprofit organization that primarily exists to serve the low-income, underserved residents of Paramount. Our main focus is after-school and youth programming, but we also provide other community services including a food bank, health services, help for the homeless, and various special events throughout the year.

PCF does so many things I wish I could do on my own - but can't. They feed the hungry, give hope to the hopeless, lead young lives away from gangs and toward purpose-filled lives, offer clothes to those in need, help for the sick, a place to go for potential latch-key kids - and so much more! They do all this with integrity and respect for those they serve. There are so many ways to volunteer with PCF. All ages, all skill and ability levels, little time - lots of time - money - or no money - there is a place for all to find meaningful service with PCF.
