Legal Ministry at St. Luke's

Description

The Legal Ministry is sponsored by St. Luke's United Methodist Church. Clients are welcome from all churches, synagogues and temples, as well as those without a church home. Volunteer attorneys provide legal assistance on issues within their substantive areas of practive. Currently areas covered include: Probate, Estate Planning, Fair Housing, Foreclosures, Landlord/Tenant, Unemployment Compensdation, Homeowner/Condominium Associaten isses, Elder Law, and Mediation of Disputes. We do not cover criminal law. Clients must meet Eligibility requirements, whoes income in at or below 150% of the poverty level.
