Description

REO is a non-profit organization helping workers and their families throughout Montana. Most of our participants live in rural communities throughout the state and have struggled to find good paying, stable jobs. Our goal is to help our participants get the education and training they need to obtain better quality jobs that will benefit them and their families. Each year we help about 100 participants achieve their employment and educational dreams.

In 2011, REO launched a new project called Workers Employed through Community Asset Networks (WECAN). WECAN is a job networking program that hosts community networking events, an online network (www.wecanmontana.org) as well as a Career Mentors program for Montanans in need of career development.
