We are a HUD Approved Housing Counseling Agency as well as being an official adopter of the National Industry Standards of Homeoewnership Education and Counseling. We offer pre- and post-purchase housing counseling, mortgage default and delinquency assistance, rental counseling, debt restructure, fair housing and homelessness counseling. We are also a partner of the Benefit Bank of North Carolina, offering access to federal services and free income tax filing. Our newest projects are dedicated to youth in our community including programs to promote youth financial literacy, general literacy and enrichment programs that aim to bridge the learning loss achievement gap between lower and higher income students in Hillsborough and Orange County. We are entirely donation and grant funded and offer our services free of charge to all.
