DCSS will provide an effective system that encourages parental responsibility to children by establishing, enforcing and distributing child and medical support to minors increasing the likelihood for children and youth to succeed in life. The program will be responsive to customer needs and foster public awareness of parental responsibility in hospitals, schools and the community
