The mission of the Community Volunteer Center is to bring together volunteers willing to share their time, talents, and resources to meet the needs of our community enhancing services available from charitable organizations serving the City of Columbus and Lowndes County.

Description

The Community Volunteer Center (CVC) is an internal service of United Way of Lowndes County. Our primary goal is to match you to a volunteer opportunity that best suit your time, skills, and interests. We want to ensure you enjoy your volunteer experience and find what you are seeking from volunteering.

To get started, simply contact the CVC via phone or email to express interest in volunteering. We will provide you with a volunteer application to obtain the information necessary to match you to a volunteer opportunity you will enjoy.
