Mission Statement

Westfield Neighborhood Council is a private non-profit community based social service organization whose mission is to empower all members, children, youth and adults of the community through quality educational and direct hands on outreach as people strive with pride to reach their full human potential.

Description

Presently, we are re-establishing our Council, its services, programs and preserving the history of the center going back six generations with the foundation of the minority community in the town of Westfield.
