Mission Statement

The Dream Center's mission is to transform our inner city and the lives of those facing homelessness, poverty, or hopelessness. We offer opportunities and resources for at-risk youth, low income individuals, and families to reach self-sufficiency by providing assistance in the areas of food, clothing, shelter, education, career development, and health care.

Description

The Dream Center is a volunteer driven social service provider 501c3 non-profit organization. We offer services and programs that are designed to help individuals and families move from dependency on public assistance to becoming self-reliant through providing basic necessities, emergency assistance and residential housing. All of these programs are availabe to anyone in need...free of charge.

I have heard about the Dream Center on Christian television. Matthew Barnette is the pastor and director of these non-profit shelter. It is run by volunteers across the nation and nearby. Well known celebrities donate monies to this cause. Men and women are help though the education, shelter and unconditional love. Some in return volunteer themselves. I myself volunteer my time close to were I live.
