Our Mission is to end homelessness one state & one heart at a time!

Description

We combat homelessness by providing not only the basic essentials such as food, clothing & toiletries, but also getting to the source of each individual's homelessness & helping to get them back on the road to recovery!

We asses individual situations to find out what is needed most to help each person get back on their feet. We travel state to state providing this assistance & connecting homeless individuals in the area with the resources they need.
