Mission Statement

Trauma, loss, upset, stress and confusion affect both disaster victims and disaster responders. Scientology Disaster Response volunteers are professionally trained to address these aspects of emergencies. Our motto is that no matter what the situation, SOMETHING CAN BE DONE ABOUT IT!

Description

In addition to Scientology Disaster Responder's expertise in organizing confused areas so vital services can be delivered to victims and other disaster responders, volunteers provide spiritual "assists" developed by L. Ron Hubbard to alleviate the emotional and spiritual components of physical pain, shock and trauma. The Boston team serves volunteers from the New England area and has sent responders to Indonesia, Ground Zero and Louisiana.
