Mission Statement

Tuesday's Children is a non-profit family service organization that has made long term commitment to every child who lost a parent on 9/11, providing a wide range of programming including mentoring and advocacy for children, educational and career guidance for teens, and next-step and creative life management skills for adults. Tuesday's Children programs are created by the families for the families, with one simple goal - to develop the resources necessary to ensure that our families find their positives and reach their full potential.

Kids under the best circumstances benefit from positive role models in their lives. Our kids thrive. They come back to life. Our mentors are making a difference you can see and feel - one kid at a time. That's the Tuesday's Children way. Individualized attention and direct solutions for real problems. Our mentors are committed to the heroic as well as the mundane - for all our families, no matter where they come from. One-on-one assistance makes all the difference - and we wouldn't have it any other way
