Mission Statement

YouthVote is a civic engagement initiative that strives to make elections and governance relevant and accountable to young people. The program consists of a mock election and student survey. Together, students simultaneously learn about the electoral process while providing direct input into current issues.

Description


Have you completed your three hours of volunteering (due with Portfolio 3)? You can volunteer for Youth Vote this week. Help Youth Vote teach San Francisco high school students about elections and the importance of civic engagement (learn more about Youth Vote at http://www.yefsf.org/youthvote.html). Volunteers will sort and distribute ballots. It will be fun!
