Building Skills Partnership programs improve the quality of life of property service workers in low-wage industries, as well as their families and communities, by increasing their access to education, leadership, and career advancement.
The Building Skills Partnership (BSP) represents a unique non-profit collaboration between the property service workers’ union Service Employees International Union - United Service Workers West (SEIU- USWW), commercial building owners, property service employers, client companies and community leaders. BSP offers comprehensive programs tailored to the diverse needs of the community. Our core strategies leverage workforce development, immigrant integration, and community advancement. We have seven offices across the state of California from Sacramento to San Diego. Building Skills Partnership program areas and its curriculum play a key role in driving the productivity and competitiveness of the industry and contributing to the economic and social development of our communities throughout the state.
